1. 🐰 Rabbit & Chick Sales Policy

All animals are sold on a first come, first reserved basis. We do not hold or promise any animal without a non-refundable deposit (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Full payment is due at or before pickup.

Each bunny or chick is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied beyond what is discussed at the time of reservation.

2. 🚫 Absolutely No Shipping

We do not and will never ship animals under any circumstance.

Our animals are living, breathing beings — not packages. We believe every creature deserves to be transferred with care, presence, and energetic integrity. For that reason, pickup is in person only, at Moonrise Farm in Opdyke, IL.

✨ If you can’t travel to us, we’re not the right fit — and that’s okay.

3. 🗓️ Pickup Policy

You’ll be given a scheduled pickup window once your animal is ready to leave the nest. We ask that all animals are picked up within 7 days of readiness, unless otherwise arranged.

If you miss your pickup window and do not communicate, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

4. 💫 Returns & Rehoming

We do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you cannot keep your rabbit or chick, we ask that you contact us before rehoming. We may be able to take the animal back or assist in finding a safe placement — no questions asked.

5. 🌙 Right to Refuse Sale

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if we feel it is not in the best interest of the animal. In that case, any deposit or payment made will be refunded.

6. 💌 Communication & Integrity

We are a small, sacred farm — not a factory. Please respect our time, energy, and animals by:

• Responding to messages promptly

• Showing up for scheduled pickups

• Honoring your word (and our boundaries)

Failure to do so may result in your reservation being canceled.

7. 🐣 Health Disclosure

All animals leave our care healthy to the best of our knowledge, having been raised in clean conditions and handled with love.

Once they leave the farm, we are no longer responsible for their health, care, or outcomes.
