Once a booking has been made, Tiffiney Silvestri collects your Personal Information including your name, DOB, address, and email details as required for consultation purposes and to contact you about relevant health information that might be of interest to you.

Your Personal Information will not be shared or sold to any third parties at any time.

In the process of conducting a private face to face or online consultation, your data is handled and protected as below:

• Our online booking system, Acuity, stores personal data in cloud storage using their secure servers. This data includes the information you provide in the Initial Consult Questionnaire along with your ongoing treatment notes collected through our consultations.

• Any additional files you provide are also saved to your Acuity secure file and is password protected.

• Online consultations are held over Zoom and a link will be sent to you typically the day before your consultation if not sooner.  Please make sure you are sitting in a private area in order to have a conversation about your health issues.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email (the one you are reading now) with a link to an online questionnaire that should be completed ASAP.

• I am a Self-Taught health nut and Astrology enthusiast. I am NOT a doctor. I cannot prescribe any prescription medications including bioidentical hormones.

SUPPLEMENTS

• I may recommend diet and lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements and herbal medicines.

• I will NOT prescribe items to you.

• There can be a large difference in quality across supplement brands and manufacturing processes. As such, I cannot guarantee quality or efficacy of retail supplements outside of my initial recommendations but may guide you to more reputable brands.

• Please understand if you choose to source your own products, I cannot assess each individual product and its ingredients for you unless the review takes place within your consultation.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A CONSULTATION

Your consult fee includes:

• Pre-consult questionnaire review prior to your appointment.

• Post-consult email outlining our conversation.

• For any on-going questions regarding your case, a follow-up appointment is required. 

HOW DO I PAY?

• Before your appointment is confirmed, you will be immediately required to pay before booking your appointment.

• Payment details are supplied on your invoice.
